Our audiologist has met state and national requirements for hearing health care service delivery. We strive to provide you the best possible hearing care, based upon your individual needs. We provide a comprehensive array of services related to prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation of hearing impairment.
Jamie Burton Shumaker, Au.D., CCC-A
Jamie Burton Shumaker , Au.D., CCC-A is our audiologist. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders from Auburn University in 2001, her Master's degree in Audiology from the University of South Alabama in 2004, and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology, in 2007. Dr. Burton completed her clinical externship at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama and her clinical fellowship at Dothan ENT. Dr. Burton is licensed in the state of Alabama and holds certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
